Dr. Shaina Hickman, DC CACCP was born and raised in the Greater Cincinnati Area. She grew up in a pretty traditional family, eating the typical “American Diet”, playing sports, and living in the allopathic model of health care. It wasn’t until Dr. Shaina was in her last few years of undergraduate school when she was involved in a car accident where she discovered her love for chiropractic and holistic living. After being under chiropractic care for 3 herniated discs she noticed other changes within her body and lifestyle. Allergies went away, menstrual cycles become regular, and the pain was gone. It was after this experience that Dr. Shaina realized there had to more to living a more fulfilling life.
